Yes. Payroll works out NIS, NHT, Education Tax, HEART and PAYE from the gross, prints the pay stubs and P45s, and prepares the monthly S01. You enter the pay; Mikkl does the arithmetic.
Yes. Invite your accountant to the workspace and they get a desk across the clients they look after. They see the books and the filing calendar; you keep ownership of the business and its data.
Yes. Starter is customers, orders and invoices. Add the Book Keeping or Payroll module by the month when you are ready, or move up to Standard or Pro.
You get fifteen days to try everything. After that, pick a plan to keep going. Nothing is deleted, and once you are on a plan there is a five-day grace window after each period ends, because bank transfers in Jamaica are not instant.
By bank transfer, in Jamaican dollars. Upload the proof of payment in the app and the period is confirmed. Pay monthly, or prepay three, six, nine or twelve months for a discount. Annual is ten months for twelve.
